After a long pause, Restorative Yoga afternoons are back!
Restorative Yoga assists the body in healing from injuries, calms the mind, resets the whole system. The poses are supported by props and are held somewhere between 5 to 20 minutes.
We gather with a small, intimate group, and the space is very limited! These workshops normally get booked as soon as the date is announced.
After the practice we sit in a circle and enjoy a nutritious meal together.
If such an afternoon interests you, keep on the lookout for the date for next month. Tomorrow is fully booked but we get together once a month!

Our Story

Take time away from the city busy-ness, daily noise, stress and overload of tasks, people, duties! Visit our beautiful center, located in a quiet and charming village, just few kilometers away from the city life. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful forests, clean air, slow pace of life!

Our center is a place for yoga practice, meditation, workshops related to anything spiritual, related to the planet and us, healthy living, yoga and meditation retreats. As our attendees come from all around the world, our classes, retreats and workshops are taught in English and are open for people from all walks of life. Visitors enjoy our beautiful facility, delicious healthy and nutritious food, connecting with each other and the beautiful nature that surrounds the village we are in.

Yoga is a science that shows us the way to understand the human nature and its aim is the achievement of pure consciousness, peace and bliss within us. Yoga reveals the hidden laws that govern the mind and gives us the means to deal with emotions such as anger, remorse, guilt, envy, fear.

When these emotions govern our vital energy gets exhausted, our body and mind get out of balance. Through techniques of yoga - physical and breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, and through the application of this knowledge in everyday life we recharge our body and mind, we gain valuable time for ourselves, our work, family and society. Yoga teaches us how to keep the balance when we are joyful and happy, and how to get through stressful situations while keeping in control. Or simply put - through yoga we take care of our body and mind while we connect to our spirit (the higher source), which gives us energy and harmonises our lives, making us happier, calmer and more successful.
