Meet the Speakers at ESID 2026: Dr. Andrew Patterson!

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Andrew Patterson to Plenary Session 1: Immune Metabolism on Thursday, 15 October 2026! He’ll be discussing T cell metabolic vulnerabilities and the connection between inborn errors of immunity and metabolism.

Dr. Patterson’s research focuses on how metabolic pathways regulate T cell function and the impact of metabolic changes on immune system health. As the leader of the Patterson Lab, he studies the immunometabolic mechanisms driving immune dysfunction using Inborn Errors of Immunity (IEI) and Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM).

We look forward to hearing his valuable insights at ESID 2026!
