These little art projects are my way of finding the voice I lost.
Growing up with narcissistic abuse and C-PTSD taught me to hide my true, authentic self. I learned to survive, not to live. I learned to hide and not show my self. But healing is not just about forgetting the past; it is about reframing it into who you want to be today.
Through art, I am finally expressing the person I was meant to be. Raw food healed my body from severe skinproblems, but creating these portraits healed my soul.
