(EN) Earth — Returning to Your Center
Earth marks the transition between seasons.
She is the center, the resting place — where we return to ourselves.
In this Indian summer, she invites us to slow down, nourish ourselves,
and realign with our Yi — our deep inner intention.

When Earth is in balance,
we experience inner calm, quiet satisfaction, kindness, and timeless presence.
We can offer care without losing ourselves.
Sensuality, harmony, and compassion arise naturally.
Out of balance,
we may become overly worried or needy, caught in overthinking, fatigue, brain fog, or digestive discomfort.
Ways to nourish your Earth element with care:
– Eat warm, regular, and gently sweet meals.
– Choose grounding foods: pumpkin, sweet potato, fennel seed, and root vegetables.
– Give yourself space and rest — especially if you care deeply for others.
– Connect to the Earth: walk barefoot, sit against a tree, lie on warm sand or grass, or simply rest on a stone.
Earth is linked to the color golden yellow, the Spleen (Yin) and Stomach (Yang) organs, and the digestive process that transforms nourishment into life energy.
The Earth element also governs the muscles, flesh tissue, and the ability to hold blood within the vessels.
