Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.

Sun is rising, we are too. Goodmorning, do what your body needs to do. Stretch and move. Bit by bit. A good start of the day is a blessed day. 🌈🤸‍♂️🙏 .

“I took a deep breath and listened to the warm beat of my heart. I am. I am. I am.” This phrase simply means that people should focus on who they are at the moment, and be happy with the fact they are alive in the world.

Walk consciously🤔

One of my favorite things to do is to take an early morning walk after my movement time on the floor. I love the quiet stillness, and the way nature sings as the sun rises. I love how the clean, fresh morning air breathes a sense of life into my every movement. I am inspired to play with my own movement experience.

Often when we are walking down the street, we are not thinking about the way we walk, how our skeleton moves, or what muscles we're using, or whether the pressure of every step is subtly hurting some part of our body. Our goal is to get from where we are to where we are going. Often without much awareness of the process. Even taking a morning stroll on the beach can be void of awareness. The world can entrance us to the point where we're no longer sensing ourselves.

We can enhance our experience of life, ease of movement, and sense of self by taking time each week to move around in nature with awareness. So too, as you attend to yourself, will those thoughts that go on in the background become more and more clear — calling your attention and allowing for a shift in mind. Try this simple walking awareness practice for a couple of weeks and discover a new sense of ease in your everyday movements.

Try the walking exploration below. If possible, explore walking on a natural, uneven surface. Take a walk in the park, on the grass, or at the beach. Invite a friend and share what you discover.

“As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.”
— Henry David Thoreau

Before you begin your walk, take a moment to stand still.
Close your eyes. Notice the sounds around you, the feel of the sun and the wind, and the smell of summer. Be aware of your balance.

Stand as you are. Don’t try to stand in any particular way; instead, let your comfort be your guide. Allow your skeleton and your muscles to hold you comfortable as your arms rest down by your side.

Bring your external awareness inward. Try to be aware of nothing external except the sounds that come to you. Attempt to identify each sound: is it high or low, pleasing or grating, what direction of the noise. Let the external sounds reverberate through your body.

You are now ready to begin moving.
Be grounded in the awareness of your feet. Begin this walk in a slow ordinary series of steps. Let each step be grounded in the perception of your feet as they touch the ground.

Notice the variation in the ground. Feel the subtle texture of the surface and how your feet roll over the sand, the stones, or roots. Awareness comes as you notice more and more differences in the same path.

Look around. While walking, please continue to give attention to each foot's contact as it touches the earth as you softly scan your environment. Explore looking out over the horizon. How does the contact of each foot change its relationship to the ground?

Be playful. Explore how you make contact with the ground and how your ability to play with awareness shifts as you speed up and slow down.

Sense yourself. Towards the end of your walk, ask yourself what differences you feel in your body and how you walk.

Try this practice for thirty minutes a day or a few times a week and enjoy the new sensations in your body and the deepening of your awareness.

Let's get this going🙏

Dear friends, students and followers.

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to everybody that stood up with me through these rough times.

We trained in the heat, the rain, thunderstorms and snow with minus 10.

These days i'd like to take a good break to recover myself, basically get myself back together.

Because only giving is not balanced, as i'm a Libra i do need that other bit just as much⚖️

Thank you guys for all your good laughter energy end support.

See you soon i hope inside the gym ❤️🙏🤸

What is Fyscultura?

Just like a machine, our body needs maintenance. Good nutrition is the key. But exercising regularly also keeps your body and mind strong. So by using your body, you’ll prevent it from becoming "rusty". You retain the function by requesting a function.

Fyscultura is brought to life after a life long study in how the modern human being needs to stay in shape without burning himself out.

For example: When losing weight or burning fat, nutrition is important , know to eat only the amount calories that you will use. In physical training is the same principal, but how do you know when enough is enough or when to train more to get the desired goal?

Now days the need of mental and physical balanced health is becoming more and more demanding. We don’t move that much anymore, a specially when for example desk jobs require more and more time of our lives where we spend most of our time sitting. Mind becomes tired, eventually your body gives in.
