Turkish Expat Center Amsterdam profesyonel yaşamlarını Amsterdam ve diğer yakın şehirlerde sürdürecek olan Türk çalışanlar ve ailelerine yeni yaşamlarında destek ve hizmet vermek üzere hazırlanmış bir programdır. Program kapsamında yer alan sosyal-kültürel oryantasyon programları ve hizmetler ile Türk çalışanların ve ailelerinin yeni bir ülkede uyum sürecine ve tüm ailenin yaşam standartlarını eksiksiz devam ettirmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Yeni bir ülkede yaşam çalışanlar ve ailelerine aşılması gereken ekstra bir stres yükü getirmektedir. Bilinmeyen şeyler ve öngörülemeyen durumlar insanlar için her zaman stres kaynağı ve kaygı konusu olmuştur. Yeni bir ortamda, yeni bir ülkede hem kendi profesyonel kariyerini geliştirmek, hem de ailesinin yaşamını iyi standartlarda devam ettirmek durumunda olan çalışan için genellikle kaygı konusu olmuştur. Bu dönemin hemen başında gerçekleşecek olan doğru bir yönlendirme ile; eğitim, tanıtım ve devamında sağlanan etkin yardım ve destek hizmetleri çalışanların ve ailelerinin bir çok zorluğu kolaylıkla aşmalarını sağlamaktadır.
Destek ve hizmetlerimizle yeni bir ülke ve kültüre Türk çalışanların adaptasyon süreçlerini daha rahat bir şekilde geçirmelerini hedefliyoruz...
