Taking time for yourself, exploring the world around you - far or close, and just enjoying the little things are so important for staying grounded, being able to take a deep breath. 🌬️
I recently took a trip to Gran Canaria and it was really nice and recharging. Beautiful nature and good company. 🏝️
Now I am ready again for new appointments and Yoga classes on Tuesdays! 🧘🏻‍♀️

Let's begin this year right! On the website you can already find details to register for the first Women's Circle that will be happening on the 27.01.2023. Join us to create some good memories and set the best intentions for the year ahead!

I am also going to do a Reiki course this year in March. You can already register for an informational application, which is not binding, but it will make sure that you will be the first one to find out about it, when there will be more details!

Join me in 2023 and let's get rid of anything that doesn't serve us anymore, let's clear our minds, let's make space for new things. Let's ask ourselves "what else is possible?"

And here we are, more than one year later, a full year of events, workshops, meeting incredible people, growing, and learning.

Wishing you all a wonderfull evening and nice celebration. Let’s get into 2023 peacefully, relaxed, and with expectation of new adventures.

This summer I was very lucky, because almost every Wednesday when i planned Yoga in the park it was nice, sunny, warm weather.
Thuesdays and Thursdays were rainy, but not Wednesday.

Sometimes the group was intimate and small and sometimes it was a nice big group of yoga enthusiast like myself.

I did enjoy that time and I hope to continue as soon as the weather gets warmer again.

One of the highlights this year was definitely the women’s circle. It was such a nice and emotinal event, where I was able to learn so much from the lovely women I met.

There was so much more we had in common than what it seemed at first. And I am super grateful for the experience.

I really hope to be able to continue with thia little moments of connection that we all crave so much.

It's been a while since my post here. But I have been busy as ever! The last months have been full of meeting lovely people and mostly practicing Reiki.

For a while I did a special deal on the coupon website social deal, which meant, that there were more people aware of this service in the area of Eindhoven, and it was so rewarding! I am grateful I did this, even thought it meant, I didn't have much time for other things, like Instagram 🙈

But since we are coming to the end of the Year, I thought it would be appropriate to do a little yearly wrap.

This has been my first whole year of Introwerk practice in Eindhoven. There have been ups, and downs. But it was mostly fun and I cannot wait for more to come!

P.S.: most reviews are from the Social Deal and are translated from Dutch to English.
