🤗 Just a few exercises to improve your posture 😇

1. Stretching with slightly bent legs. Tuck your tail bone under.

2. More advanced variation of previous stretching. Bent your elbows for a deeper stretch. As you breath in expand your rib cage. With exhale deepen your stretch.

3. Grab an elastic band or not too heavy dumbbells. Lower your elbows and your shoulders pull downward and shoulder blades squeeze together as well. When your go up keep your shoulders as low as possible.

4. Going from tail bone upwards glue your whole spine to the wall. Pull your bellybutton up and try to push it against the wall (pulling up is much more important here). Breathe with your lower ribs. Adjust your feet position so your have an optimal posture.

✨✨BONUS✨✨
In the same position- whole spine glued to the wall bend your arms and hold it in 90-90 degrees upwards with your nails against the wall. Squeeze all your muscles together as you want to go into the wall. Breathe and hold tension for 10 seconds, then release.

Cupping massage 💁‍♀️

If you have lot of tension cupping massage might be useful.
With help of ‚Chinese cupping’ I can reduce muscle pain and release fascia. Then all the tissues get more space and can glide properly.

🩸 is it painful? Sometimes. It all depends on one’s pain resistance and tissues.

🩹 do you always have blue spots? Not always. However the more visible reaction, the more tension occurs. Redness should diminish with each treatment as you feel less tension.

There are a few techniques for cupping massage and I choose them for each one of you personally 😇

And what’s interesting here is- you can use them on your face as well! 🤩
