We are practicing vinyasa flow style of yoga where we are moving with the breath in one continuous movement (at least we think we do! 😅) Challenging yet rewarding practice that allows us to switch off our mind and get into our physical body. Unlocking new patterns of movement and thought. Serving our body and mind so that they serve us back for many years to come with health and energy. 🙏🏻

Tenerife sunset just now. I’m a total fan of black sand now. It’s so soft and sparkly and doesn’t stick to skin somehow (which I wouldn’t even mind 😅)
