V-UP wil mensen inspireren en bewegen om zichzelf (zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk/ spiritueel) verder te ontplooien. Daarvoor bieden we o.a. Vinyasa yoga, Acroyoga, circus en danslessen. Ook is de zaal te huur voor bedrijven, workshops, interessante ontmoetingen of opstellingen en lesgevers die nog een zaal zoeken.

Opgelet alle ouders en kinderen of toffe familie leden, we verzorgen in Brussel een Familie AcroYoga festival op 18 juni - donatie basis.

Het is een onderdeel van een leraren opleiding die ik ga volgen. En ik ben zo blij dat ik hieraan deel ga nemen. Na 10 jaar AcroYoga les geven, voelt dit als een heerlijk toetje.

Er komen nieuwe AcroYoga jamsessies in Eindhoven. Met trots kan ik jullie al vertellen dat Maha Shakti Yoga studio ons een nieuw onderkomen gaat geven. Op 1 juli van 20-22 uur zal de eerste Jamsessie plaats vinden.
