Between Before and After
I am here to cheer for and help the best I can those who feel that they need a change but do not know from where to start and for those who want a change but the change seems scary. I’ve learnt that change is hard and takes time, change is complicated and requires kindness.
And I am on a mission: to urge people and help as much as possible to be kind to themselves in the process of becoming the best they can be. To start looking for who they are at the core, to grow out of their limiting beliefs, to set goals and make action plans.
I found myself in a place where I simply felt that the way I am, I think and I relate to the world is not useful anymore, is not serving me well. Then I decided that a change must happen. I am on my way towards a better Self, becoming a more confident and bold person, a person who knows who she is at the core. I do not strive for perfection, nor happiness. I strive for fulfilment. And I hope that sharing what I learn, what I find out and my ideas will inspire others to join me, accept the challenge and change their lives.
