Live Smart Coaching & Counselling offers counselling and coaching for individuals and groups internationally. We all can have situations and emotions in our lives that we cannot make sense of it. This may include feeling lost, alone, confused, anxious, stressed, angry and frustrated. Not knowing what to do, how to react often makes us feel helpless and stuck. Counselling helps you to under

stand, to move forward and to get over. Counselling, as often called The Talking Therapies, guide you through the difficult times. Sessions usually take place once a week. Making this regular commitment gives you a better chance of finding out why you are having difficulties. My approach is to focus on self-awareness, understanding the choices we make, making sense of the struggles in life, becoming responsible for our own lives, clarifying our goals and working in the 'here and now'.

What is Coaching? A simple yet effective form of personal development. Many of us have big plans about what we want to do, what we want to become and who we want to be. Often we never really do anything about it. Some of us are successful in our own terms, but still there is a feeling of emptiness inside ourselves. Life without purpose is hardly a life. That feeling that something is missing, the big question of why we are here, or how we can achieve our dream. Coaching helps you finding out what is important and what helps to create a purposeful life that promotes the qualities or ideals for you. Coaching helps you to live a fuller and richer life; to identify what is important and how to use your skills to foster. Coaching builds and develops skills and abilities for effective relationships (personal and professional, and for more effective decision-making. Coaching improves your communication skills through dialogue, inquiry and positive interactions that create awareness, purpose, competence and well-being. Szilágyi Erika vagyok, Pszichológus és Life Coach. Tanácsadást és coaching szolgáltatást nyújtok egyének és csoportok számára nemzetközi szinten. Mindannyiunk életében megjelenhetnek olyan szituációk és érzelmek, amikkel nem tudunk mit kezdeni. Ezek között előfordulhat veszteségérzet, magány, zavarodottság, aggodalom, stressz, harag és frusztráció.  Nem tudjuk mit kezdjünk magunkkal, hogyan reagáljunk, ami tehetetlenség és elakadtság érzetet okoz bennünk. A tanácsadás, amit gyakran Beszéd Terápiának is neveznek, átvezet a nehéz időkön. A találkozókat általában heti egy alkalommal tartjuk meg. Ez a rendszeres elhivatottság jobb esélyekhez segít abban, hogy rájöjj, miért ütközöl nehézségekbe. A megközelítésem az öntudatosságra, a döntések megértésére fókuszál, hogy értelmet találjunk az élet útvesztőiben, felelősséget vállalva a saját életünkért, letisztázva a céljainkat, az “itt és most” keretein belül dolgozva. Mi a Coaching? Ez egy egyszerű, de hatékony személyi fejlődési forma. Sokunknak nagy tervei vannak azzal kapcsolatban, hogy mit szeretnénk tenni, mivé akarunk válni és kik akarunk lenni. Gyakran semmit nem teszünk azért, hogy elérjük ezt. Némelyikünk sikeres a saját határai között, de van egy ürességérzet bennünk. Az élet cél nélkül, alig nevezhető életnek. Az az érzés, ami gyakran hiányzik, a nagy kérdés, hogy miért vagyunk itt vagy, hogy hogyan tudjuk elérni az álmainkat. A coaching segít felfedezni azt, hogy mi az ami fontos és mi az ami segít egy értelemmel teli élet létrehozásában, megerősítve a saját minőségeidet és eszméidet. A coaching segít egy teljesebb és gazdagabb élet megélésében; segít azonosítani mi az, ami fontos és hogy hogy használd a készségeidet, hogy ezt elérd. A coaching kiépíti és fejleszti azokat a készségeket és képességeket, melyek szükségesek a hatékonyabb döntéshozatal eléréséhez vagy a hatékony kapcsolatokhoz (legyenek azok személyesek vagy szakmaiak). A coaching fejleszti a kommunikációs készségeidet a párbeszéden, vizsgálaton és interakción keresztül, ami elősegíti a tudatosság, cél, kompetencia és jólét létrejöttét.
