they’re about how your body works in the movement.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how intelligent stabilization can bring more ease, strength, and freedom into forward folds — whether you’re tight, bendy, or somewhere in between.

Peter Meulesteen is a dedicated marathon runner who uses yoga as a powerful tool to stay injury-free and build stamina.

Hot yoga supports his training by improving joint stability and flexibility, strengthening key muscles, and creating space to truly rest—both mentally and physically.

Growing up in yoga isn’t about reaching a destination. 🌱
It’s about releasing tightness in body and mind, noticing patterns, and discovering what feels meaningful to you.

Start with three simple principles:
1️⃣ Create awareness – pay attention to sensations and thoughts.

2️⃣ Focus on your breathing – let it guide your movement and presence.

3️⃣ Balance effort with relaxation – work, then soften.
Remember: there’s no “perfect” pose, only practice.

Every choice you make on your mat is a step forward.

'Coming home to yourself' is our theme for December.

Here's a 3-minute meditation to help you feel steady, connected, and grounded in yourself over Christmas.

Sit quietly with an alert spine. Close your eyes. Notice how you feel. Find an easy breath. Take your focus to the centre of your chest.

Ask yourself, 'What does home feel like for me?'
Once you find that feeling, breathe it through your body three times.

Go back to whatever you were doing.

We hope you find calm and rest within yourself wherever you are over Christmas.
