Yoga and CrossFit are a great combination as we need both strength and flexibility to move well.

4 years ago today I started to give classes at and since the beginning my goal has been to offer the yoga as a complimentary to the CrossFit classes. Besides flexibility and mobility practice, we work on balance and coordination, breath work and relaxation. Next week starts a new program focusing on hip mobility. We will also cover relaxation techniques in the classes.

Kaisa - Breathing and Yoga

I am Kaisa, specialised in intentional breathing and yoga. My mission is to help others to discover the power of their breath and body in mindful movement, and how they empower to feel more balanced and live happier life. When we are calm and focused, we are kinder to ourselves and those around us, make better decisions, are more creative, sleep better… essentially, we are the best versions of ourselves.
