Have I ever mentioned… I love reading — from educational to fictional books. I just find them great company.

Now that December is here, it feels like the perfect time to set good intentions. Why not start with a good book?

Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers is one I truly loved. Even though it was first published in 1987, its message couldn’t be more relevant today. Susan Jeffers had a beautiful way of making fear feel less overwhelming and more manageable. This book isn’t about getting rid of fear — it’s about learning how to move forward with it, building confidence, self-trust, and inner strength along the way.
