We wanted to take a moment to share the story behind the EMMETT Technique and how it came to be 🌱

Developed by Australian Therapist Ross Emmett, this gentle yet powerful approach was created to support the body in releasing tension and improving mobility through light, targeted touch.

Ross began shaping the Technique in the early 1990s, drawing on his hands-on experience and deep understanding of how the body responds to pressure and subtle cues.

Since then, the EMMETT Technique has grown into a globally recognised method, used by practitioners in over 40 countries to support comfort and wellbeing in both people and animals.

What makes it so special? It’s adaptable, non-invasive, and designed to work in harmony with the body’s own systems, making it a valuable addition for beginners and professionals alike.
