Choose carefully the people you surround yourself with. 🙏🏾

Avoid those who only value you for what you give, how you look, or how you conform to their expectations.

Seek out those who love you as you are, in all your authenticity and complexity.🌻

This realization dawned on me when I reflected on my past friend-loveships.

I thought I was being myself, but I rarely resonated with many people. That’s why my life circle ⭕️ is much smaller now.

There’s an often-overlooked aspect of spiritual awakening: as we heal from our traumas and awaken, we might find ourself becoming lonelier.

This loneliness arises because you begin to see people for who they truly are. You start identifying their traumas, observing your friends, colleagues, and loved ones, you recognize their struggles—abandonment issues, daddy || mommy issues, attachment problems, and even narcissistic tendencies.
As you realize that many are burdened by their unresolved issues, and seeming indifferent to addressing them. This newfound awareness will be isolating, yet it also strengthens you.

As I’m healing, I’m establishing healthier boundaries, even though it means feeling lonelier.

Despite the solitude, I cherish these newfound strengths.
I would rather stand alone without compromising my authenticity, than surround myself with the wrong crowd.

Be aware who is bringing bad energy in your circle of people, they can change the dynamics and your energy for their own benefits only.

Life continues to be fascinating & beautiful.

I’m noticing more and more that the love I’m sending out into the world, keeps coming back to me in so many beautiful different forms.

Thank you for making me feel and reconnect to my inner peaceful self.
You took the time to talk and listen to me from your heart.
And mysteriously captured me in my Zen “Loving pure Heart” & “Souls true Energy” state. 📸

From being in the hospital and fighting for 8 years, to a healthier, stronger, happier state of being.

Still with permanent injuries, for sure!
Yet after 8 years, by finding the right solutions, I am once again making weekly - monthly small steps, and also moving in the right direction.

💪 NEVER GIVE UP 💪

It is depressing to see that figures from the European Statistics of Income and Living Conditions (EU (European Union)-SILC) survey show that 32.9% of Dutch men and 38.7% of Dutch women had a chronic illness or long-term health problem in 2021.

This means that there are more than 10 million people in the Netherlands with a chronic condition, and this is without the estimated 500,000 people who live with the consequences of acquired brain injury (NAH).

A 'chronic condition' is defined here as a condition for which there is generally no prospect of complete recovery.

If this trend continues, society will become ill sooner and more seriously.
The quality of life is decreasing more and more rapidly.

I know that testing has provided much more insight, this insight has offered me a path to better health.

Now it is up to me to seize these opportunities with both hands and perhaps increasingly enjoy fewer complaints.

Now after a year and two tests, better nutrition and the right supplementation, I still have faith and a clear vision that things will get even better.

Don't forget, I have physical complaints (pain), mental diffeculty, word-finding problems, emotion regulation problems, quickly overloaded, hypersensitive to stimuli, etc. etc. for 8 years now.
I accept every step in reducing and improving these complaints with open arms.

MY VISION IS TO HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE "1 BY 1" TO BE HEALTHIER - HAPPER AND BACK IN BALANCE.
