A beautiful poem to inspire your meditation practice. When you meditate, start by (1) bringing the mind home, (2) release and (3) relax. When you bring your mind home, is to turn your mind inward and to rest in the nature of the mind. To release means to release your mind from grasping. To relax means to be spacious and to relax the mind of its tensions by letting all thoughts and emotions naturally subside and dissolve in the state of the nature of the mind. And all of this will bring you a great sense of bliss.
