I got the keys to the new home of The Movement Recipe yesterday. 🗝️❤️

To every patient who has trusted us with your care over the years: thank you. Your trust is the reason we’re able to grow into this next chapter.

What started with one treatment room has grown into something so much bigger. More space. More areas of expertise. And the best team of chiropractors that shares the same passion and heart for helping people. 🙌✨

Our mission has always been to empower people with their health and show that movement truly is medicine. 💪❤️

I started this business when my youngest of three was only 1 year old. Building a practice while raising little kids took commitment, sacrifice, long days… and a very supportive husband. 🙏

We can’t wait to welcome you all to the new space on Verspronckweg soon. (Swipe for video)

On the majority of my vacation days, this was my strength training. 😂💪🏼

Strength training during motherhood doesn’t always have to mean a gym.

Sometimes it’s carrying your son through busy streets, getting extra steps in, and keeping him safe from the scooters. 🛵😅

Sometimes it’s the walks to the playground. Carrying kids around town. The real-life “weighted vest” moments moms do every single day.👟🎒

Bonus: he absolutely loved it. ❤️

Most people try to “fix” tension from the outside in.

But lasting change happens when your nervous system starts responding differently.
That’s when the body stops holding on so tightly.

I couldn’t resist the opportunity to close my son’s mouth while he slept next to me in the car, with his head tilted back.

No gasping.

👉 This confirms it’s likely not fully blocked with enlarged adenoids.

So why open?

Neck position.
Forward or extended = mouth opens to help airflow.
