“Navigating the First 6 weeks with a Newborn”

This class is designed for English-speaking parents in the Netherlands who want to feel informed and prepared during the early postpartum period. We’ll cover what’s normal in the first weeks and when to seek extra support.

I also offer a popular Prenatal Breastfeeding Class.
 For families who want more continuity of care, there is a workshop option that combines both classes plus a personal lactation consultation after your baby arrives.

Such a lovely morning with these amazing mamas for ✨

Over coffee we dove into breastfeeding Q&A — everything from common challenges and how to get off to a good start, to partner involvement, how to know your baby is getting enough milk, pumping, bottle feeding, ni**le care, and so much more.

It was a warm mix of questions, support, and connection — because pregnancy and early parenthood aren’t things you need to navigate alone. 💕
