Studio BE is een moderne, sfeervolle ruimte waar bevlogen docenten yoga- en meditatielessen aanbieden We geven verschillende vormen van yoga.

Yogastudio BE heeft op 2 locaties in Haarlem moderne, sfeervolle ruimtes waar 17 zelfstandige docenten yoga- en meditatielessen aanbieden. Hatha yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Critical Alignment, maar ook Pilates, Essentrics en Tai Chi.

🌿 Join us for a beautiful heart-opening gathering, where music, movement and sacred cacao come together in a soulful ritual.

We will begin with a cacao circle, guided by our special guests André & Jady from Brazil, who carry with them the deep spiritual energy of cacao. Through mantra chanting, they will invite everyone to embark on this shared journey.

From there, we will flow into a space of gentle movement inspired by yoga, intuitive dance and free expression – allowing your body to speak, your spirit to rise, and your heart to connect. This is a moment to nurture yourself, feel love, awaken the senses and share a transformative experience with a like-minded community.

Let the sacred cacao open your heart, let the music guide your steps, and let the presence of others remind you that you are never alone on your path.

❤️ No previous experience is required – simply bring an open heart and comfortable clothing.
