WomBodhi stands for protecting and empowering the essence of our feminine bodies. Created with a belief that women are in need of specific health care; remedial care with a balanced and whole approach. WomBodhi believes that preventive self care is a key component to emancipate ourselves from everything holding us back. WomBodhi serves as a reminder that we have the power to heal our totality as a woman. By being more aware of who we essentially are we learn how to love and embrace all the things we are. Through connecting and relating to our feminine body we learn how to take proper care of it. With acceptance and understanding of how our system works we are able to heal.

Baptism in Godliness

Everything I have acquired is an accumulation of deep dives, all in.

As far as I can remember I have been searching. I had no choice but to move, to learn, to search for home. It was not out of curiosity, it was survival.

I have found recognition and reconnection in many ways. I have fallen to my knees countless times. My life long research has led me to become fearless and unshakeable. I have re-discovered and re-integrated the power of the inner woman.

Living a soul based life.
Spiritual practice above anything
Spiritual practice for protection
Spiritual practice for fulfillment
Spiritual practice for living a meaningful life.

This forms the foundation of my work.

My treatments are filled with living research.
I combine many things that have helped me throughout the healing process and the journey towards inner strength, inner peace and deep inner knowing.

From experience and living research I can relate, guide, and step into the position of healer.

Following the path of divine light.

May the divine light shine upon us.

I think most of us are going through it several times in our lives.

When we own it, hold space for it, live up to it - it is intense - the aftermath of being actively involved, a powerful reset and leveling up may occur. True gratification and 💖 expansion. Together with the ability to become more of our essence and be fully ✨ alive.

How are you tending to your soul? In my opinion this should be our prior concern when it comes to health, it is preventive living. Being in tune makes you sensible to imbalances and gives you the wisdom to correct it before it becomes a (chronic) disturbance.

May we rise with a mighty loving force that nourishes the soul and births blessings into the light of day. 🙏🏽

See fantasy is what people want, but reality is what they need. And I just retired from the fantasy part. ~
One of my all time fav quotes.

Real is raw. My prayers always involve facing the truth and living up to it, to not waste my nectar on things unreal. That solid feeling of realness is everything. The real glow up.
My body craves the actual vibration of truthfulness, embodying that feels so much better than whatever fantasy may pretend to be. But don’t get it twisted, it does not always “feel good.” Living up to your truth can be tough at times. It requires work and a constant healing throughout. I just got no time for small play, the heart is too powerful for that and the soul yearns for the full life experience. Advancing while feeling satiated and recharged with the strength to continue.

Respect and protect! The truth sets free 💖✊🏽

“The Value I bring to my connections is not to be messed around with,” says Talyah .

While listening once more to our podcast episode I’m getting so many insights and moments of clarity.

Can you say the same thing about yourself?

“The Value I bring to my connections is not to be messed around with.”

Can you?

I realised I could not before this moment.

Sometimes I get asked if there's a common theme I see in women that come to my practice.
While the common theme may be that we live in a society in which many of us burn out due to the fact that we are being lived rather than living from our truth, each and every woman still has her unique journey that leads her to womb work. We are easily disconnected from our true Self, from our core, our womb. When life hits us with all kinds of things we are faced with options and choices.
While the initial reason for visit may be for clear cut physical reasons, there's always a story beyond that. I think this is also why some women feel a bit of resistance to seek help on a certain level. For one thing, they may sense that it is more than just physical, for another thing certain things are so deeply hidden that the fear of going into the unknown may make them feel uncomfortable. Our wombs hold a lot of ancestral pain and power. Holding space, a SAFE space, is one of the things I consider most important. My sessions are adjusted as needed and it all depends on the woman's readiness, willingness and consent. Providing comfort during uncomfortable times and giving perspective are things I believe make a big difference and from there we can take it as far, deep or light as needed. Got any questions on my approach or matters of the heart/womb? Do reach out! One love 💗

The deepest work is usually the darkest.
A brave woman, a wisening woman, will develop the poorest psychic land, for if she builds only on the best land of her psyche, she will have for a view the least of what she is.
So do not be afraid to investigate the worst. It only guarantees increase of soul power through fresh insights and opportunities for re-visioning one's life and self anew.
It is in this psychic kind of land development that Wild Woman shines. She is not afraid of the darkest dark,
in fact she can see in the dark.
~ Clarissa Pinkola Estes, from Women Who Run With the Wolves

Our Story

Welcome! My name is Talyah Donker. I’m a practitioner of Arvigo® Therapy and a student of Ayurvedic Medicine in which I focus on gynecology & obstetrics, lifestyle and rejuvenation. Additionally, I have a big interest in counseling.

It is my intention to empower women to heal themselves and to facilitate the power of holistic and traditional healing techniques to the best of my ability. The main goal is to support homeostasis for optimization of life and to create a favorable inner environment in which our cellular intelligence can thrive. When we find ourselves in a state of equilibrium we may positively improve our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state of being.

Wombodhi stands for protecting and empowering the essence of our feminine bodies, and is created with a belief that women are in need of specific health care; preventive or remedial care with a balanced and whole approach.

Many symptoms women encounter at several stages in their lives aren’t cured at root-level, rather categorized as some side effect of a natural phenomenon. Often times, the cause of these symptoms is left in the dark and the brilliance of our body, and what it is trying to tell us, silently lingers until it cannot go silent anymore. Western medicine is good in treatment of symptoms but this, unfortunately, doesn’t always equal health & wellbeing.
