As a life coach, I aim to empower clients to have a better understanding of their unconscious attitudes and beliefs. Through thought provoking questioning and techniques, clients get to examine, discover and overcome obstacles that hinders or limits them reaching their full potential.

This weekend's BBQ side dish - roasted eggplant, cherry tomatoes & goat's cheese. Generously drizzled with an olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill and basil pesto dressing.

The perfect accompaniment to BBQ'ed salmon and a fennel coleslaw salad. πŸ˜‹

I've been craving bread lately. I had some time today, so baked my first ever (gluten free) zucchini bread.

If I had known it was this delicious, I would not have waited this long to try it!

Because it's Friday and life is short. 😁And because I've been craving cheesecake.

I used erythritol, so it's not too sweet, but deliciously creamy with a gluten free almond flour base. The blueberry topping adds a nice tartness. Delicious! πŸ˜‹

A match made in heaven - to savour and enjoy!

Both coffee and dark chocolate are antioxidant rich - not to mention oh, so delicious!

Aim for a minimum of 85% cacao content, it has less sugar and you're less likely to overeat because of the stronger cacao flavour. Don't like the bitter flavour? Then work your way up to it - start with 70% and gradually increase as you become used to the flavour.

Coffee has many benefits too. Studies have shown that it can boost athletic performance, improve mood and may even help burn fat.

Sit back, relax and enjoy.
