As a nutrition coach, I use both my nutritional and coaching knowledge to help clients address mental, emotional, chemical as well as physical issues to help them reach their nutritional goals. As a life coach, I aim to empower clients to have a better understanding of their unconscious attitudes and beliefs. Through thought provoking questioning and techniques, clients get to examine, discover and overcome obstacles that hinders or limits them reaching their full potential.
