Yoga_Sofie Hatha yogales op maat, voor bedrijven en particulieren. Thuis of op locatie. Sterk en soepel in het leven staan, fysiek en mentaal. Alles is mogelijk.

Veel energie overdag en 's nachts lekker slapen. Dat wil ik mogelijk maken voor jong en oud, particulier en bedrijf, thuis of op locatie, prive of in een groepsles. Over mij: In 2009 heb ik mijn diploma Hathayogadocent behaald. Sindsdien geef ik wekelijks yoga aan omroepmedewerkers en groepslessen yoga aan particulieren.
