Our body is the outward manifestation of ourselves , and if something is out of balance , it gives the body a signal in the form of a symptom or complaint. Every human life or life power strives for balance. In human being it’s the self-healing power that brings wellbeing and health in balance. Being sick or injured is an attempt from the body to ask for feelings , situations and experiences that you have not given attention. You’ve tucked them away. So being sick or injured gives you the opportunity to become aware. Awareness is a part of the healing and will work preventative in the long run . Healing therefore is more than getting better.
