𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗹é𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Product Manager at Arion!

We’re excited to introduce our newest team member!

We welcome Clément Leborgne, who recently joined Arion as a Product Manager. Originally part of our French colleagues at Didactic, Clément brings his in-depth knowledge of Hygie® and InterMed products across borders - strengthening the collaboration and knowledge between Didactic and Arion.

Literally crossing borders, Clément moved from the Le Havre region in Normandy 🇫🇷 to Visé 🇧🇪, close to the Dutch-Belgian border – where he still can happily speak French 😉

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 and engaging in 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 like climbing, swimming, kayaking, and hiking. From time to time, he also loves 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 - always making sure to release the fish afterwards.

🍫 His favourite food? Lasagna and chocolate!

📚 The academic path of Clément has been quite unique.
Passionate about animals and plants, he began his academic journey studying the animal world (sales within the pet industry), followed by a 𝗕𝗧𝗦 (𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲) in 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 (Garden Centres) at a vocational institute.

However, driven by a genuine interest in marketing, he decided to change direction and enrolled in a 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 to deepen his expertise in marketing and sales development.

His apprenticeship at Didactic marked the beginning of his current professional journey, which he continues today within Arion.

🏫 His best experience ever?
One of his rewarding experiences is participating in a humanitarian project to build a classroom in Arequipa, Peru.

💡Clément is excited to collaborate on important projects….and to improve his English along the way.

🚀 What can his colleagues expect?
Creative ideas, fresh concepts, and new ranges – always shared with a positive vibe and lots of jokes. He really enjoys collaborating to make projects successful. Clément loves teamwork and is eager to contribute, learn, and add value to many successful projects ahead!

Last week, we welcomed a group of inspiring seniors — or as they proudly call themselves, super seniors — to our Arion headquarters to celebrate International Seniors Day, for the second year in a row.

It was a joyful, insightful, and truly meaningful afternoon.

One participant shared her daily challenge of putting on compression stockings, and our colleague Kevin immediately jumped in to explore practical solutions.

Another guest, preparing for surgery, was glad to learn about ways to stay comfortable and maintain hygiene during recovery.

There were also plenty of smiles and surprise reunions!

And to wrap up the day, our guests took on a creative challenge: coming up with ideas to reuse production materials and reduce waste.

We loved hearing their ideas — from using leftover materials to make pouches for compression stockings to repurposing soft fibers as stuffing for baby toys in hospitals. Thoughtful, sustainable, and full of heart. ♻️

At Arion, we believe in staying connected to the community around our offices — to share what we do, how we do it, and to listen and learn about the needs of those around us.

Events like this strengthen that bond and remind us why we do what we do.

We were happy to share meaningful moments together — an experience that also reflects our commitment to the SDG3: Good Health and Well-Being, promoting healthier lives for people of all ages.

✨ Recently, on September 26th, all Arioneers came together for 'The Future is Now' event at the Hompesche Molen near Stevensweert.

The event was organised to reflect on our Arion values and to (re)connect with each other.

By listening - through headphones 🎧 -, little games and conversations, we explored the Arion values in a fun and interactive way – building towards a stronger future together. 🤝

Of course, there was also time to enjoy delicious food, shared laughter and funny moments…

It was a valuable day, spent together!
