Vijf dagen in een luxe villa met infinity pool, omgeven door natuur en inspirerende vrouwen. Volledig verzorgd, met versbereide, gezonde maaltijden gemaakt door onze retreatchef en een prachtig programma met workshops die openen, helen en verbinden. Inclusief ademwerk, stembevrijding, meditaties en meer verrassende elementen. En ook voldoende vrije tijd voor jezelf om echt tot rust te komen.

Voel je welkom op deze prachtige locatie in de dome, omgeven door groen. Voor een avond waar we in verbinding en bewust-zijn samenkomen 🧘🏻‍♀️

Om te ervaren wat de helende kracht van je ademhaling voor jou kan doen. Je hebt geen ervaring nodig om mee te doen, alleen een open mind en hart zodat je zelf kunt ervaren wat er in jou gevoeld, ervaren of gezien mag worden. Je wordt liefdevol begeleid om op een diepe laag contact te maken met jouw intentie, onderbewustzijn en het zelfhelend vermogen van je lichaam. Daarnaast zul je voelen hoe het is om je te omgeven met een groep gelijkgestemde vrouwen, waar je helemaal welkom bent zoals je bent en alles er mag zijn. Velen omschrijven dit als spannend de vooraf (vooral de eerste keer) en eenmaal aanwezig als een warm bad, thuiskomen en bekrachtigend.

Deze avond wordt je ondersteund met o.a. geleide meditatie, reiki, energetische reiniging en een drumjourney.

Exactly one year ago we had the pleasure to co-host and organise a retreat with the inspiring people from Curawaka, on the beautiful island of Corfu ❤️

Looking back on the memories made, the prayers and music shared. Where we came together to connect deeply with the voice, the inner world, prayer and ritual.

The embrace of nature always feels like a warm hug, silent whispers through the winds, the waters, the trees, the rocks. I love listening, observing and in doing so, learning from their ancient memory and design.

All my life I have had a deep connection, wonder and enthousiasm for nature. I feel best when I can totally emerge in it and explore new paths or places. Talking and praying to the trees, the rocks, the waters, everything I connect with. But most of all listening, being silent to observe and sense their wisdom. Forever a student of life, the mystery, nature and patterns 🤓

For me, the beauty that surrounds us is such a reflection of the intelligence of Creation and so of our bodies and souls who came from it. We are not apart from nature, we are it. This solo trip to Curacao was so nourishing and needed, for me to take time for introspection, rest and continue my study with the waters and spirit.

Life is the ceremony, we can receive so much guidance, connectedness and teachings if we take the time to be present, silent and use our senses. God works through us and "it" all.

Feel like sharing some personal stuff here every now and then, so you know a bit more about the face and story behind why I love doing what I do with and on Gaia. Which means Mother Earth. I feel so grateful being of service here and meeting so many beautiful likehearted souls who join in on the remembrance and soul path of life 🙏🏼🩷

Tijdens deze vrouwencirkel creëren we samen een liefdevolle en ondersteunende bedding waarin jij volledig jezelf mag zijn. Een plek waar je kunt zakken in je lijf, thuiskomen bij jezelf en mag leren hoe je het zelfhelend vermogen van je lichaam activeert.

De prachtige yurt staat in een prachtige tuin, omgeven door groen en bomen. Deze plek inspireert en brengt je direct in verbinding met de natuur 🌳

We openen de avond met een korte intentie en geleide meditatie om te landen in het hier en nu. Vanuit daar bewegen we door verschillende lagen van bewustzijn via:

🌬Ademwerk – om spanningen los te laten en het zelfhelend vermogen van je lichaam te activeren
🧘🏻‍♀️Bewuste lichaamsgerichte oefeningen – om je te verbinden met je lichaam, intuïtie en gevoelens
✨️Klank en energiewerk – om je frequentie en energie te verhogen
🙏🏼Delen in de cirkel – om gehoord en gezien te worden, maar ook te inspireren en zijn, zonder oordeel
🌹Een ritueelmoment waarin we het vrouw-zijn vieren, bekrachtigen en eren

Alles gebeurt in een ondersteunende setting waarin jouw intuïtie, emoties en grenzen volledig gerespecteerd worden. Je hoeft niets te 'worden'.. je mag zijn, precies zoals je bent.

The power in women coming together, all in their unique beauty, sharing stories, working on loving and honoring themselves more and standing in their strength. Wow! This retreat was so special, looking back on the pictures made by my soulsis just overflows my heart (again) with gratitude ❤️🙏🏼

All days were a beautiful mirror, a reflection deep into each one of us. This is what real sisterhood is like, to feel so safe and supported to be fully and unapologetically yourself 🪷

The women were asked to gently let go of all shame, judgement, fears, hiding and all that takes you out of your authentic self. They were invited to come as their most authentic self in each moment, whatever that meant. This invoked vulnerable conversations to be held, to make space for yourself and the other, to be fully present with all that you are. Oh so liberating it is when there is no judgement from anyone. Maybe only a bit from your own inner critic 💭 Is it safe to share my boundaries? Can i share that I feel lost or angry? Yesss woman you can! So beautiful to witness then, how the non judgmental attitude and open heart of other sisters can be your green light to overcome all of the negative programming that still keeps you stuck in suffering or hiding.

Together we can make such a difference, on an individual ánd collective level ❤️

A deep bow for all souls who are opening and following their hearts, no matter the pain or hardships they went through.

Listening to the trees, the land, the waters, the wind. Feeling our connection to it all, honoring the beauty all around and within us 🌱🤍

This retreat I got to share space with 7 beautiful souls, all from different backgrounds and ancestry. We got to share about our remembrance of rituals, songs, spirituality/religion and hardships. The diversity of nature and we as a living embodiment of all elements and patterns, reminds us of our unique expressions of the same unity consciousness, our creator. Lets celebrate this uniqueness and seek connection and reflection over judging and dividing. We are all part of something so much bigger, God is love and works in mysterious ways.

Grateful to have shared songs, tears, laughter, dance and prayers with this beautiful group of women. A deep connection within and with each other has been weaved.

Op een prachtige locatie omgeven door bos en groen, staat deze prachtige dome 🌳🌻 Een inspirerende ruimte waar we een dag gevuld met verbinding, verdieping en inzicht zullen creëren met elkaar.

Tijdens dit dagretreat word je begeleid in innerlijke reizen, energiewerk en andere verbindende en praktische oefeningen die een diepere verbinding tussen je lichaam en ziel brengen. Een geheel verzorgde dag voor jou om op een diepe manier met jezelf, je energie en innerlijke wereld te verbinden. Het volledige programma blijft nog een verrassing, maar is er zeker op gericht om jou een dag vol verbinding, inzichten en vernieuwde energie te geven.

So grateful for the beautiful processes, vulnerable and deep transformations I get to witness and be a part of, with beautiful and courageous souls who remember their lineage, soulmemory and inner connection 🤍✨️

Souls who have the courage to dive deep within themselves, to remember where they came from, all from the same source, God. We have been uniquely created in beauty of all reflections. To remember this connection from within, through the fears, dogma's, pains and patterns of life is so so powerful. To remember who you truly are, is so liberating, freeing and not an easy path of light and love only. Its a deep shedding of old conditioned ways of experiences and beliefs that shaped us.

This post goes out to all brave souls who came here on earth and choose to keep shining their unique light, no matter the darkness, the chaos or distractions. I see you, I honor and respect you, I love you.

Chapter 33 ☀ last Monday on february 17th I got to celebrate my 33rd year around the sun.

This feels like a special one, where I can feel a shift in myself about the journey I've walked and the teachings from it landing deeper in my awareness, in my body and therefore reality. Bringing me back closer to my true self than ever before. I will share some of my personal insights with you soon here 🙏🏼

My holistic driven business/service to others is so linked to my own process and state that it invites me to always prioritize filling my own cup, doing my own inner (shadow) work and choosing integrational periods and rest. Definitely as a Projector (HD) and Aquarius sun.

This post is not complete without a huge THANK YOU for letting me in on your personal journeys of self realisation and living your full potential from the heart and soul. I see you!! 💗 Our children are the future and by you doing the work on yourself to heal from ancestral/generational hurt and unconscious programs you are helping them thrive but also yourself. To live in ways so that they will feel much more free from within, to be their authentic self and be able to live from their heart and a sense of wholeness. THANK YOU!!

This year is also going to be my 6th year of service with my business Gaia meditation and stones. To be honest I've kind of outgrown the name and things like my website. Slowly birthing a new branding, but I'm not operating on that layer so much, since I'm noticing that I'm attracting the right souls anyways. I can humbly but proudly say to have witnessed so many lifechanging transformations unfold. My offerings have expanded beyond words and it is felt that a pure heart, intentions and energy really does attract the right path and people & also dissolves the non serving/fake ones automatically.
