Thank you so much for joining us. We’ve loved every moment of it! The weekly classes at the studio, park and beach, mini-retreats, cacao ceremonies, sound healing and acro yoga workshops: it was a blast!

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁?

〰️ Tineke is currently facilitating the Embodied Essence Retreat in Spain. Afterwards, she’ll focus on her new job and renovating her home. She keeps teaching online meditation and finished a course on breathwork, so in 2025 she might be back with new plans. Curious? You can follow her at

〰️ Denise will continue the Tribe as a travelling yoga studio. Back to the roots! She’s finishing a pregnancy yoga course and hopes to travel to India in 2025 for a 300hr yoga training. This autumn, she takes a little break to be able to focus on family members with illness, but hopes to return soon to teaching weekly classes

𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗿𝗮: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝟭 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 💔

Sad news from our side: our beautiful studio space will be transformed into a gym for the LaatBloeien community. Therefore, our rental contract ends in October. A painful update, as our studio was thriving last year! We’ve built a loyal community of yogis who enjoy our weekly classes and events

However, finding a new space is quite difficult in Rotterdam. Therefore, we've decided to close the Love at First Tribe in the way it exists now

Hereby the practical implications:

〰️ There will be classes till the end of September
〰️ Denise is exploring opportunities to continue her classes (hatha flow and yoga for stress release) at another location
〰️ You can use your credits for all classes, and after the closing for Denise’s classes
〰️ We might organize a studio sale, where you can buy or use credits to get your own mat, bolster, block, belt or blanket. Keep an eye on our socials for that
〰️ We will contact all yogis with a monthly membership to determine whether they want to stop their memberships or want to continue it to visit Denise’s classes

We hope to see you at the mat before our closing!

Did you know Denise went to India for her Yoga Teacher Training? Her main teacher was Akhilesh, who teaches yoga in an authentic and holistic way 🧘

Akhilesh’s philosophy classes and perspective on life truly inspired Denise far beyond the yoga mat. When she met Akhilesh again in the Netherlands, she relived this spark, which inspired her to start the yoga studio ✨

It’s okay to have bad days. As long as these days don’t make you believe that you have a bad life.

Focus on the things you can control and let go of the things you can’t.

Recovery time is so important, so give yourself some alone time. You’re worth a little break!

No one has everything figured out (even if it seems that way)
