🌟 Light Body Activation – een innerlijke reis 🌟

Lieve mensen,

De term Light Body Activation kende ik al, maar pas nu begint de werkelijke betekenis ervan – door eigen ervaring – zich helder te ontvouwen. Het is het resultaat van een jarenlange innerlijke reis die ik graag met jullie deel.

🌀 Afbraak van ego & lichamelijke transformatie
De afgelopen drie jaar stonden in het teken van het loslaten van het ego. Een intens proces, diep verweven met het lichaam. Het was fysiek voelbaar – vermoeidheid, ontregeling – maar ook een richtingaanwijzer naar iets groters.

🔑 Karmische patronen doorzien en helen
Het afgelopen jaar bracht helderheid over hoe karmische patronen uit vorige levens mijn huidige bestaan beïnvloeden. Ik mocht een sleutelpatroon doorwerken dat aan de basis lag van overtuigingen uit mijn jeugd. Het was een diep transformatieproces, waarin ik eenzaamheid en verlatenheid tot in de kern heb doorvoeld. En... het gevoel van ‘niet gelukkig zijn’ – dat ik al als kind kende – is nu niet meer in mijn bewustzijn aanwezig. Dat is een wonder op zich.

🌈 Een nieuwe levenspositie
Wat zich nu aandient, noem ik Light Body Activation. Een verschuiving van ervaren via het lichaam naar een dieper innerlijk weten. Een ruimte die echter voelt dan het fysieke, waarin ik steeds meer mijn voeten plaats. Het is een aardende stilte, voorbij het tastbare.

💫 Bewustwording van het Geestelijke Wezen
Niet jij bent je lichaam, maar je lichaam bevindt zich in jou. Deze activatie is inmiddels een natuurlijk onderdeel geworden van de sessies Being In Silence die ik geef – zowel individueel als in groep. Het Licht weet precies waar het mag landen.
