Inspired and trained by many different lineages and traditions from all over the world, I take all that I learn with me into my own unique mix. Styles range from traditional Thai Massage to Swedish massage, from Deep Tissue to shamanistic energy work and Reiki, from reflexology to Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, from soundhealing to aromatherapy.
Where are you standing now, what does your body, mind and spirit need? Do you have an intention you want to take with you? I work intuned with your needs and intuitively connecting to your field. A session will also be influenced by you and becomes a creation from both sides.
The body is the portal to your deeper realms and it speaks its own language. It holds knowledge and information that is precious. Bodywork helps you to go back to the understanding of that language. It helps to unlock stuck pain, trauma, energy. It flexifies your mind and body, it gives clarity and new insights. Working with the body helps you in transformational processes.
