Now if that's not a good motto to try and live by! Do you want to try and just "be"? Come and join me, I'm all over Amsterdam.

You've got absolutely nothing to lose...apart from that stressy head and body that's been keeping you up at night of course. There's no commitment, no overcomplicated poses, no showey yoga porn princesses (apart from me then;-))...it's just you, your yoga mat, the birds and some sweet Dutch wind through your hair (possibly contributed to by your neighbour). Follow me on here for upcoming happy sessions in the park and who knows elsewhere soon too!
