On the 5th of Januari we hosted another Yoga Retreat Special at The Hoorneboeg in Hilversum! Ten beautiful souls who joined this Special day, started with a group Yogaclass according the Yoga for the Special Child/Sonia Sumar Methode ! Followed by a workshop of Yasmine Enneking, painting from the heart ❤️, lots of talent of our kids from the Roberta Sumar Yogacenter and some of thjee friends! What a focus. Afterwords a beautiful walk to the Hoorneboeg restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon we made banana bread cup cakes and ayurvedic abricot balls, all home made with the support of our kids! We finished our day with anheathland walk and a moment of reflection about the day! Thank you Melanie for making this great photos and collage and Yasmine for your help during the day! Thanks to Hopmann Group, we were be able to have another great day at the Villa at the Hoorneboeg! Much love, light and peace! We have another Yoga Retreat Special at the 28th of April 2023!
