I belong to Reflexology New Zealand and am enthusiastic about how reflexology can help people to get back to their natural balance, relax and experience a greater feeling of wellbeing. Reflexology has ancient egyptbeen around a long time. It has always been used to help with

ailments such as back pain, arthritis and many more. Nowadays it is a great help to de-stress and re-energise as the reviews on my website show. But it is also still a good support to help the body deal with lower back pain, congestion, boost the immune system and bring the body back to its natural balance.
