Een workshop met meerdere korte pauzes en genoeg thee en lekkers om er een ontspannen middag van te maken.

In this workshop, we’ll begin by exploring stress management techniques that release tension and stress from the physical body. As they say, movement is the fastest path to relaxation.
Next, Veda will guide you through conscious movement and ecstatic dance, helping you reconnect with your body and access deeper feelings of presence. The result of this practice is a profound sense of calm, allowing you to go inward and create clarity. The Conscious Free Flow Movement sessions will activate serotonin and dopamine in your body, resulting in a sense of well-being, self empowerment and joy.
Yin & Restorative Yoga practice will support finding calmness and rest, allowing the body and mind to recharge. Yoga Nidra will take you on a journey to plant the seed of your heart’s desire to manifest! This practice invites to unlock the true potential to manifest in daily life.
