✧ Yin & Nidra ✧

A soft, effortless and deeply relaxing practice where you will be gently guided through word and healing sound while practicing yin asana comfortably supported by pillows, blocks and blankets.

A subtle practice to unwind deeply held tensions in the body. The emphasis in the class is on relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. There is no physical effort required, instead comfort and bliss is what this class strives for. The asanas will be held for a longer period of time, to encourage the rest and relaxation of the body, the muscles, the connective tissue and the nervous system.

This class is great for everybody, including people with injuries or illnesses. It restores the body towards equilibrium so natural healing can occur.

After the postures we will stretch and relax the mind in a yogic sleep state known as 'Yoga Nidra'. During the Nidra, our minds slow down and come into a theta state, which helps the body and mind heal.

The combination of these two techniques is nothing short of blissful. You will leave feeling regenerated, rested, uplifted with a heightened sense of clarity.

CONCENTREREN EN ONTSPANNEN KUN JE LEREN! ツ

Een training voor kinderen tussen de 8 en 12 jaar die meer willen lerenover hun binnenwereld en zo hun lijf, emoties en gedachten beterkunnen begrijpen.

DATA: 31 JAN, 7, 14, 21, 28 FEB, 7, 14 EN 21 MAART 2022

De training zal 8 aaneengesloten maandagen van 14.00 - 15.30 plaatsvinden in het centrum van Leiden, met voorafgaand een intake bijeenkomst, een tussentijdse evaluatie en een eindevaluatie met ouders. De totale investering is € 229,- (btw vrij).

De training wordt gegeven door een ervaren kinderpsychologe en muziektherapeutemet beide een yoga achtergrond.

The theme of this short mindfulness training is Acceptance|Commitment. Accepting that what is, and committed action to that which you would like to change.

You learn to deal with difficult situations, thoughts and feelings in a different way than your first automatic response tells you: solve! We tend to fight our thoughts and feelings. In this way we unconsciously ensure that they have a greater influence on our lives. With this training you learn to accept that these uncomfortable situations, thoughts and feelings are part of life. Yet at the same time, you prevent them from taking up more and more space in your life. By accepting what is, you can start to focus on the things that really matter to you, and create your life coming from your own values.
Throughout the training you will experience a range of tools and exercises next to the sessions. It is up to you to really engage in this for yourself and choose the tools that suit you in different situations.

Please note: This is a therapy based course and is therefore allowed to be conducted on site at Tribes. All RIVM guidelines will be followed in preparation of and during the training. Tribes - Dance, Yoga and More
