My Story
I am a qualified Zen Shiatsu and Ryoho Yoga Therapist. I’m trained by Andzej Gospodarczyk from Ryoho Wellness in Australia and Sati in India.
I am available for relaxing and rejuvenating zen-shiatsu treatments. I can focus on specific health issues, either physical or mental, that are in need for extra attention. My reward is based on donation or exchange. I want to be available to any budget so don’t hesitate to contact me. Advice price 20-80 euro or an exchange treatment or whatever you feel you like to give. My treatments can include personalized yoga therapy, moxa and nutritional advice.
I am also available to teach group and individual yoga classes. The yoga style that I teach is a mix of Ryoho (Japanese) yoga therapy and traditional/ Sivananda hatha yoga.
