An initiative by Tribes - yoga classes in the Van Der Werff Park in Leiden on Sunday from 10:30-11:3

This summer Tribes is going outside, hosting Park Yoga classes on Sunday from 10:15-11:15 all summer long. Location: Van der Werfpark - Kruitschip 2311RS Leiden

The classes are free for all levels and ages and are donation based (you pay what you think the class is worth, or what you can spare). Feel free to join if you are looking for a fun group practice, an affordable option to practice yoga and/or if you want to meet other yogis. The profits will be donated to our Education project in Zimbabwe.

TRIBESxBALANZS = FREE YOGA! From tomorrow onward we will offer our community yoga class (aka: park yoga!) In cooperation with ! For years now both Tribes and Balanzs have offered free yoga on Sundays and will now combine their efforts. This results in a slight time change; from now on every Sunday at 10:30 in the van der Werfpark near the tea house. Bring your friends, hubby, neighbour and maybe even your cat 😉 Tomorrow .verweij will lead the practice. We hope to see you! 🙏🏻🌳✨
