Since few weeks I changed my diet completely. I incorporated intermitted fasting(16/8)low carb diet and I use no refined sugars.
I also do much more sports. I try to do at least one sport activity a day. The change in my energy, sleep and emotional state is so radical that I want to share it with my friends and clients. I feel so much more rested,calmer and energised. I never did any diet and I actually don't like any restrictions to what I eat. I must say that intermitted fasting doesn't feel as limitation, I can eat what I want but I choose healthy food like mostly veges, fish, grass fed meat, eggs, butter. I feel so good that I don't want to change anything and I don't miss my glass of wine or ice cream. Maybe it will come later and maybe I will eat ice cream or drink wine sometime but at this moment I'm enjoying so much to feel good that I want to recommend this form of dieting to everyone who can. Pregnant, breastfeeding mothers. children are nit allowed to do this.
