Prepping our first festival felt like pure chaos at times. Last minute fixes, mental breakdowns, and more than one moment of this will never work.

But it did work. Because of the people.  Crew, volunteers, artists. Everyone poured in heart, sweat, and trust that it would come together. And it did.

Even on the busiest day of the year, we caught our crew finding moments of stillness (the photos don’t lie) 📸

Special shout out to the two legends we didn’t catch in chill mode..

Running sound, performing four live acts from noon till midnight… pure magic🔥

This was the best day of our year. A real big thanks from the bottom of our hearts to you all who made it happen 🫶

In one week the Full Moon Sauna & Sound ritual returns.

is bringing sound back into the heat. Expect singing bowls, drums and her beautiful voice to soothe your soul.

From cacao, sauna, ice, and a drum circle around the fire. Together we’ll be closing the moon cycle in style.

With Stichting Dankjewellness we open our doors a little wider.

Following our mission Wellness for the People, we make wellness accessible for all.

Through our foundation we run social programs with refugees, homeless youth, and people facing health or social challenges.

For our Festival we’re sharing 6 social tickets. Because we believe everyone deserves the basics of shared stillness, warmth, and our wellness rituals.

All day sauna rituals? Smoke, sound, party, in the saunas? Of course, it’s a sauna festival 🔥

All of our resident sauna masters will be present to guide you on the deepest and most joyful journeys.

From smoke rituals to Afro beats. From overtone singing to singing bowls. From pumping techno to tribal chanting. We’ll experience it all on the 24th.

After each concert, 2 sauna rituals will start. Pick your vibe. Feel alive.

When the music stops, the rituals begin.

In our bell tent, five amazing facilitators will guide you through breath, movement, and voice.

From Mexico to Ireland, all coming together in Leiden. here’s who’s holding space:

🌬️ Willemieke - somatic breathwork to ground and release
🎶 Aoife - mantra and voice to open our hearts
❄️ Pascal - breath & cold exposure with Wim Hof method
🔗 Rommert - connected breathing for emotional reset

On Sunday August 24, we’ll move through a full day of music, sauna, ice baths, and wellness rituals.

Between 10:00 and 22:00, there will be six concerts. Some are calming, others full of rhythm and energy. Here’s a glimpse of the schedule:

10:00 – We open with a relaxing sound bath
12:00 – Playful concert by Han & The Medicine of Sound
14:00 – Singing Circle Jeela Style

16:00 – Journey through Sound & Meditation w.
19:00 – Live concert w.
21:00 – Lo-Fi beats & tunes to seal this magical day

🥣 We’ll share a light lunch at 13:30 and an energising dinner at 18:00 to fuel us through the day. Both provided by

Under the light of the full moon, we invite you to an evening of rhythm, breath, and connection.
We'll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by an accessible Afro-inspired movement session. Let the rhythm move you.

Then we flow into the sauna, where breath, heat, and sweat help us release and ground.

Expect movement, stillness, laughter, and deep connection to yourself and to the group.

Come solo or bring a friend. This is your space to let go, connect, and celebrate under the full moon.
