A different style than I’m used to but great to work on. Love how it matches the interior.

Breathwork!

As many of you might know, I also guide Breathwork sessions.
Next week Wednesday October 18 and Thursday October 19 I will host 2 circles at the beautiful in Nijmegen (English possible!).

Every year we team up with Donna to host retreats at our magical spot in Portugal.

Project for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water management.

Like in 2020, I was again asked to paint the windows of the restaurant in Den Haag.
On 8 windows they communicate about their sustainability results and goals.

This is one of them and I think my favorite. It shows how they will use the coffee waste to grow mushrooms on and then use the mushrooms to make delicious things with: like kroketten!

Hola! Holiday mode on 🔥
I’ll be out of office for the next 2 weeks, together with this gorgeous man.
After a very busy season it’s time to relax and reload together..
Ánd get inspired for new construction, illustration and selfdevelopment projects ofcourse 😍

About last Summer..

This pictures is taking right before I started guiding an inner child meditation & paint workshop.

As you might know, I spend a lot of time in Portugal, co-creating alongside my man.
Last Summer we hosted 3 of our own retreats together with our beautiful and wise friend 🤍

It is so unbelievably special to host these weeks and to learn só much while doing it.
To be able to combine all of my passions; creativity, breathwork, connecting, hospitality, self development, spirituality. And food 😬. A.lot.of.food.

And it’s also a lot. Being with people áll the time, co-living and working and holding space for myself and others. Learning to recognise when to take a break (always too late), when to be alone for a bit (always too late 😬) and how to recharge (ehm..😅)

So extra thankful that I still have my space in the Netherlands. To be by myself. To create. To rest. To look back and feel grateful about this Portuguese adventure ♥️
