So back to spine and vestibular system… 👂Both are such important elements of wellbeing! How we are able to move the spine and connect with it, how well our vestibular system (balance system) is trained plays a significant role in how safe our brain feels. If it feels safe, it gives a green light to move freely, live with no pain, no fatigue, and overall feel better!
