The little things can make a huge difference in your state of mind. Remember that paying attention to the smaller things in your daily routine/lifestyle will ultimately affect your mental state. Set small goals (e.g. a daily 10 minute walk) that feel realistic and achievable for you. The more you actually repeat these behaviors, the more they will become part of your daily routine, costing less effort and attention.
