‘It’s not about you’.
Contact improvisatie en samenspel in non verbaal bewegingstheater.

In deze ervaringsgerichte workshop laten we de verbale dialoog achter ons, en richten we ons op de impulsen van ons lichaam en de inspiratie die voortkomt uit de beweging van de ander. Een verkenning van vrije improvisatie en het spelen met impulsen die voortkomen uit contact met het hier en nu.

In one week beginner friendly Contact Improvisation Class + Jam

Op zondag 17 maart verzorgt Leonie der Kinderen voor ons een workshop Contact Improvisatie verzorgen. Mocht je niet zo lang kunnen wachten heb ik goed nieuws voor je!

Op maandag 5 februari start namelijk een reeks van 6 lessen Contact Improvisatie in Maastricht.
Leonie heeft absoluut een grote passie en enthousiasme voor haar werk.

Contact Improv is a playful movement improvisation that is explored in contact with others. By using the fundamentals of sharing weight, attunement and rotation we find ways to move together. This practice develops sensitivity to our own and others movements and how they can relate harmoniously to each other.
