WORKSHOP: Release & Restore – Fascia Roll & Yin for Legs & Hips with Maxine.
A deeply releasing and grounding session to unwind tension in the lower body.
In this 90-minute workshop, we combine fascia rolling techniques with slow yin yoga postures to target the feet, legs, hips and glutes — areas where we often store stress, tightness and fatigue.
Through mindful pressure, long-held stretches and guided relaxation, you will:– release deep muscular and fascial tension– improve mobility and circulation– reduce heaviness in the legs– feel more grounded and at ease in your body.
This session is slow, intentional and suitable for all levels.You are invited to move at your own pace and listen to your body throughout.
