Morning Bliss: Setting the Tone with a Healthy Start
The day begins as the sun rises over the tranquil landscape, casting a golden glow across the retreat grounds. Participants gather in the cozy dining area, where they are greeted with vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothies. The delicious blend of fruits and greens sets the perfect tone for a day of rejuvenation and self-discovery.
Yoga on the Lawn: Connecting with Nature and Self
Following breakfast, we transition to an hour of invigorating yoga. Weather permitting, the session is held outdoors on the lush, dew-kissed lawn. Under the open sky, amid the gentle rustling of leaves and birds singing, participants flow through poses that align body, mind, and spirit. This practice not only energizes but also deeply grounds everyone, preparing them for the transformative experiences ahead.
"I AM" Painting: Unleashing the Higher Self Through Art
Late in the morning, we delve into the "I AM" painting session. Each participant receives a canvas and a palette of vibrant colors, ready to embark on a journey of self-expression. Guided by my intuitive tools – pendulum, charts, and a connection to their Higher Self – participants discover the attributes their Higher Self wishes them to embody.
With every stroke of the brush, they create a visual reminder of these empowering qualities. This meditative painting process becomes a sacred dialogue between their current self and their highest potential.
Workshops: Enhancing Intuition and Alchemising Everyday Life
Next, we gather for immersive workshops. Here, participants learn to use intuitive tools to heighten their innate wisdom. These sessions are rich with insights and practical techniques, teaching everyone how to integrate these tools into their daily lives.
Another empowering workshop focuses on alchemising food and water. We explore ancient and modern methods to infuse our nourishment with positive energy and intention, creating a holistic approach to wellness.
Afternoon Escape: Coffee & Cake, Free Time, and Bowen Session
In the afternoon, there's a break for coffee and cake. This is a time to savor delicious treats, connect with fellow participants, and enjoy light-hearted conversation.
Free time follows, providing an opportunity to rest, walk in the beautiful surroundings, or indulge in a Bowen session. This gentle body therapy helps to release tension, promote relaxation, and support healing – perfect for complementing the day’s activities.
Evening Grace: Dinner and Conversations Around the Fire Pit
As the day transitions into evening, we come together for a nourishing dinner, thoughtfully prepared to align with our journey of well-being and self-discovery.
The night culminates in heartfelt conversations around the fire pit. The warmth of the fire, the star-studded sky, and the camaraderie of like-minded souls create a magical ambiance. Here, stories are shared, bonds are deepened, and the wisdom gained throughout the day is reflected upon. It’s a time of connection, introspection, and celebration of the transformative day experienced.
