This weekend we practised with our trainer .
We explored pranayama as breathing technology and worked with the Ayurvedic tattvas and gunas.

Despite the snow most people were able to come to the studio.
A few stayed at home and joined online.

Sat Nam dear yogis, what a beautiful and transformative first weekend of our training.
The messages in our group say it all! ... Peace, clarity, love, gratitude and trust.
Many shared how the mind became calm, how the energy keeps flowing, and how supported we feel by one another.
For some, it felt like something old could finally soften so that something new could begin to breathe.

Thank you all for the openness, strength and presence you brought.
This path feels so right.

And it is such a gift to walk it together.
Until the next module — to keep growing, breathing and shining. ✨🤍

AWAKENING ** By
How do I create for myself a feeling of belonging? Where do I belong?
These words from Esther Perel take me back to the start of my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
It was 2007. I was on rough sea, emotionally and physically. Yet something in me knew: I have to do this training.
Looking back, I am deeply grateful I listened.
Because this training gave me exactly that—belonging.

I realised:
💛 I am okay.
💛 I am enough.
💛 I can enjoy others, and be part of a whole village of friends and family.

As Esther Perel says:
“Stop trying to love yourself more so you do not need a village. Stop individualising social problems.”
Through the training I learned to:
✨ Strengthen my nabhi (core)
✨ Clear my mind
✨ Build a strong nervous system
✨ Live from a gentle heart
And all of this in the company of others — Sat Sangat.
Because we grow together.
