Autumn has a way of slowing everything down — softening the edges, inviting reflection.
Being in the mountains, the surroundings remind me what calm truly feels like — grounded, alive, effortless. This season invites us to let go of what no longer serves us, to root into what truly matters, and to take rest to restore our whole being.

🍁Autumn Breath Flow🍃

In autumn, nature slows down. It’s the perfect time to strengthen your lungs, and calm your mind with your breath.

Bahya Kumbhaka is a yogic breathing technique where you hold your breath after fully exhaling. I’ve adapted a beginner-friendly 4‑8‑8 version:
1️⃣ Inhale through your nose for 4 counts
2️⃣ Exhale fully for 8 counts
3️⃣ Hold your breath out for 8 counts

Follow the ball, flow with the rhythm, and feel your body and mind relax.🌿

💛 Repeat 3–5 minutes daily to increase lung capacity, improve focus, and nurture inner calm.
