Het werd weer tijd voor een nieuwe channel;

We are living in times of great transformation. And with this transformation comes it’s challenges, for it means the old energies are holding on for dear life. It can bring on fear, anger, sadness and control. And we are asked to try and stay in our centres. We are asked to keep holding hands. We are asked to come together and multiply our energies, our love.

Together we can do it, despite our differences in who we are and what we believe. Together we are so much more powerful. So believe in your power, in your love and compassion and believe you belong and you are not alone. You just need to open up to all these other beautiful souls around you.

So hang on in this wild ride and share, laugh and cry together.

Hier een korte channel van mij;

Can you stand still for a second and just look. Look at yourself truly and see your light. See the steps you have taken, see the courage, the growth and the wisdom. No you are not perfect, but this is exactly as it is supposed to be, you are the perfect imperfections. So hold yourself, be proud and cherish who you are right now. Stop trying to fix yourself, stop trying to be perfect and just stand still knowing that you are enough!

Hier na een tijdje weer een nieuwe channel van mij, met liefs voor allen!

Dear angel,

Another shift has been happening. You might feel it already, so stop fighting it, but just surrender to the natural flow of life. Take some rest where you need it, be extra soft and caring for yourself and know that you have all the tools you need.

It is time to step it up another notch, time to become even more of who you truly are. Time for yourself and for others to see your light even more and to see and reflect the light in all the other beautiful souls surrounding you.

Oh it is so incredibily wonderous to see the game you are playing here. We are so proud of all of you for having the courage to be here and assisting in this big shift here on earth. So take care of yourself, hold your head high, hug each other often and know that each and everyone of you is connected. You can do this.

Afgelopen weekend heb ik een prachtige training mogen volgen bij lightworker over Cognitive Life Path Programming.

Dit is een healing methodiek, die je helpt om bewust je levenspad en dromen vorm te geven. Tijdens een sessie wordt je geholpen om gebeurtenissen te identificeren, die onderdeel van jou geworden zijn en die je tegen houden om je volledige potentieel te leven.

Door deze gebeurtenissen een nieuwe plek te geven in jouw lijf en ze te 'herprogrammeren' kun je oude stukken in jezelf transformeren.

Fijn om deze mooie recensie te mogen delen en dankbaar dat ik deze prachtige mensen mag ondersteunen om nog meer hun licht te mogen stralen. Hier de recensie van Lise;

Sinds ruim een jaar ben ik onder behandeling bij Micha. Zijn werkwijze is intuïtief en zeer prettig. Hij neemt de tijd voor je, straalt vertrouwen uit en heeft een open houding. Voor mij is de combinatie van homeopathie en spirituele coaching ideaal en heel effectief. Celebrate your emotions.

Sometimes your emotions can feel great. You feel secure, confident, happy, peaceful or any other emotion that you would call positive. But as a human being you can also feel other darker emotions. You can feel grief, hurt, anger, resentment, guilt or any other emotion that you might call negative. If you feel these emotions you might tend to try to avoid these emotions. You could supress them by going in to addictive behaviour, you might judge these emotions for what they are or you might put boundaries around your heart to not feel these painful emotions too much.

These emotions are however not there to hurt you. They are there in fact to help you, to guide you to a place that calls for attention. They are your friend if you listen closely to them. You don’t have to become the anger, the grief or the guilt, but it might help you to allow these emotions to be fully present in your body. To see them and feel them, to embrace them rather then judge them. To hold them closely to your heart so they can soften and heal. To not analyse them but to just give them space.

So please try and see if you can embrace and maybe even celebrate these beautiful emotions, they are yours and they are your gateway to becoming even more of who you truly are. Shine your light and show your gifts. We see you and believe in you! With so much love!

Transformations ahead

Great change and transformations are coming in this world. Although this won’t always feel and be easy, for with change comes resistance and fear, it will be for the good. It will help all of us to embody more of our love and more of out souls here on earth.

So now is the absolute best time to send love, firstly to yourself and then to all others. And to show compassion, for each of us are striving and managing in our own ways. Each of us is a god and we are all connected.

So remember to hold hands, inspire each other with your own light. Don’t hold back, don’t hide for you are here for a reason. You each play an important role in this transition. And all and everything is welcome. Your strenghts, your vulnarabilities, your love and your fear. Hold them, love them and share them.

We are so curious to see where this transformation is taking you and we support you all of the way.
