Looking back at an inspiring Internorga.

It was a pleasure connecting with so many of you, sharing ideas and showcasing our latest innovations.

A big thank you to everyone who visited us and tasted our products, especially our Käsespätzle bite and Avokatsu, which truly stole the show.

At the beginning of this month, we teased you with a blurry preview. Now it’s time for the big reveal.

Meet our new appetizer: the Käsespätzle bite.

Inspired by the classic Alpine dish, this bite combines soft egg noodles with creamy mountain cheese, onion and a hint of white pepper. Tasty comfort food in a crispy, bite-sized appetizer.

Some of you may have already had a taste at Internorga in Hamburg but now it's time to spread to word.

Sunshine in a bowl 🥭🥑

This fresh salad is all about bringing summer vibes to your table.
Delicious mango chunks, creamy avocado slices and perfectly smoked salmon — the perfect combination of sweet, savoury and creamy.

Mango avocado salad recipe:
- Mixed greens
- Grilled salmon (swap the salmon for chicken or keep it veggie)
- Salud mango chunks
- Salud avocado slices
- Red onion rings
- Sesame seeds and fresh mint leaves
- Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes

Finish with a light dressing made with lime, olive oil and a touch of honey.

Simple, colourful and seriously good!
