Maybe it is time to share conversations with the darker side of life. The places no body wants to visit, but show up when you least expect them.
Everybody goes through these inner darker spaces. Because they need to go through this, to reach the other end. Nobody can ' jump' over it, or spiritually by pass it.
Opening up to love, means also opening up the gates to old pain. Releasing pain, reveals the love behind it.

Conversation with an empath, someone who carries someone elses pain like a costume.
It is time to change cloths.
But to do so, the old ones need to be acknowledged. As the cloths that do not fit you anymore, because you have out grown them in every sense of the way.
These cloths were not yours, so let them go.
Do not recycle unless you have blessed them with gratitude for the lessons they taught you!
Put on a smile, choose colours that match this smile! Look for people who smile back at you.
Look for happiness in your child or your pets eyes.
Dress up for the occasion of feeling happy.
Wear the cloths of love. Not to cover the pain, but to show your light.
I know it is not easy to part with your old stuff.
It feels so comfortable, even when worn down and painfull.
You never know until you try.
Just try a little love on for size.... Just a little, to begin with
How does that feel? A simple smile, even if it is only your lips that move.
This smile is a start and will open your heart.
What you may read in the text below, is someone shedding her old furrs. Like a cat, I grow a new coat, as a woman I dress up in cloths that reflect the new, inner me.
You may recognize this moving from darkness in the direction of light
You will get there, if you try.

This text is about Promises.
The promise you make to yourself, to others, and promises others make to you.
Promises also of false guru s, who tell you that if ' only you do this...' you will be, or have, or gain ..if only..you follow their rules, lessons, you will find salvation, love, prosperity.
The text below, reveals what lies behind it. What motivates someone, maybe even you, to scroll forth on social media, or listen to guru s.
Are you unhappy now?
What promises did you make to yourself?
' when I grow up, I will be happy...when I have a place of my own, I will be happy.
And, or did you look like a child, to others who made you promises and kept you running after them? Always dangling their promise in front of you.
Did you ever have a conversation with your Self, or Higher Power, about the reason why you attach to Promise?
Do you remember, an aunt or uncle saying to your parents when you were still in your crib: ' ahhh, this little one, shows great promise? And did you take this on as an assignment? A promise to the world, that you want to fulfill?
What promise exactly?
As a child you absorb the dominant energy around you.
Obviously the one you heard saying this about you, that you show great promise, meant a lot to you
You wanted to stay in their good graces. So all your life, you live in this place, this energy of Great Promise. And because it is a promise it is in the future. And that is where it will stay. That is included in the word itself.
So maybe take a look at this conversation I had with the other side. The other side of me.
Who went through this process of awakening to the truth about me.
I am also one who was unhappy and who believed that 'happiness' is a promise in the future.
So I called upon the essence of who I am.
She told me: There is no such thing as the Promised land outside of you.
The promised land is within you, when you dare take a closer look at what is motivating you.
Happiness can only be found exactly where you are in the present moment
The present moment is also the next. And the next. And before you know it, you realise that you are already where you want to Be.
[18-1 07:01] Marjan: Taking on someone elses pain.
I would like to change their cloths of pain and try on someone elses cloths of love.
Wash the cloths of pain away with the tears of sorrow. Bless the new cloths with joy and gratitude.
[18-1 07:07] Marjan: I am looking for the love inside me, beneath this pain. It should be there, if i believe what others say.
I have to dig so deep, it does not seem to end
After every layer of pain, love shows a little bit
Just enough to keep me digging. Like a promise that is always in the future. Love never comes closer
There is always another layer of grief to muddle through.
Sometimes I feel I reached the love inside me, but after a short time , it disappears again.
I am so tired of this proces.
There will be only one End.
Back to the Source of Love.
[18-1 07:25] Marjan: the promised land.
A promise is to give or do something in the future.
The future is future, never here.
[18-1 07:28] Marjan: So do not attach to promises, you know it will never happen
Instead work with a contract. A written agreement. Accountability,
that is my responsibility.
Whenever I hear a promise, ask: thank you, when exactly, can I have that in writing?
[18-1 07:30] Marjan: A promise is what some one does to temporarily appease you. To keep you at bay and keep themself save. They are afraid of you! Afraid of what you might say or do in advance..
What is it inside of you, that fears them so?
What are you afraid of, that they reflect back at you?
[18-1 07:32] Marjan: You are looking for someone else to fulfill your needs.
You are far away from that source inside you.
[18-1 07:35] Marjan: You live in a feeling of lack. Something you want is always outside of you and you live in hope of this coming to you...but it never does.
Hope is an energy that keeps you ( re) active, to keep you reaching and fighting and trying
Hope is a motivation to keep on going, because you believe that someday you will get there.
[18-1 07:35] Marjan: If you lose hope, you lose your drive.
[18-1 07:49] Marjan: If you are vulnerable to a promise, that means you believe it is something that makes you feel happy.
This implies that you are not happy now.
If you are happy now, with all that you have and all that you are, you will not fall for a promise.
You will ask questions, you will look behind the promise. Why do they make a promise? Do they promise out of fear, or out of love?
There is one side to this that gets me through the nightmare.
People who promise you something only do so because they either love you or want you to love them. The last case scenario are people who fear you! You see, there is even love behind that! They feel that if they promise you something they believe that will make you happy. They believe that you will think good of them, even maybe love them and that you won t come after them.
So, the conclusion is that all Promises, come from a place of LOVE. It does not matter if it is a lack of love, an abundance of love, a need for Love. Everything Is Love .
Next time you come across someone who promises you something, you remember this and feel happy, because someone wants to love you and be loved by you❤️🫂That means that you are happy in that moment.
You are the one who immediately fulfill s the promise from inside your heart. You have the ability to reach inside yourself for Love.
The other person only reflects this back to you, but you are the source of it.
Love comes from inside of you.
Eventhough it may seem that someone else handed it to you.

And you live in the promised land!
